GPS is a well-rounded professional, specialising in start-up management and turn around management. A generalist with varied experience in many industries like Construction, FMCG, Automobile, Real Estate, Project Management, Franchising, etc. with exposure to Learning and Development, Retail & Distribution.

With over a decade of experience in the Asia Pacific, GPS has co-founded several companies led cross-functional teams and managed support departments.

GPS has served as CEO of Real Estate Bank of India (REBI), a leading retail network into land broking, Marketing and Project management and consultancy with more than 120 franchisee across 42 cities and 18 states , managing over 100 staff nationwide. GPS was a part of the core team in Bajaj Probiking (currently known as KTM) piloting Probiking outlets and roll down of KTM and Kawasaki motor cycles. He also lead sales and marketing for BAL (Bajaj Auto Ltd) with an track record stating series of micro market turn around and success stories, maintaining himself in top three market share increment positions for consecutively three years in an row, managing a business turn over of around 100 Cr per region per year.

GPS is an energetic leader with high integrity and a tenacious commitment to grow shareholder value. He holds Bachelors in Engineering along with a Post Graduate in Management.

Maheswar Sharma is the WorldHaus General manager for Project’s, leading architecture, engineering, and construction management for the company. As an engineer, with more than a decade of extensive experience into alternative construction systems, green building strategies, and infrastructure development.

MS also leads the teams of construction managers and Heads the Quality division. He has worked with Sobha Developers, A.Raheja and Essar in the project divisions and brings on board a eminence experience in construction methodologies and management.
